DNS Failure - UPDATE

New DNS servers are online. Please ensure that your domains are changed to point to:

  • dns1.nupremis.co.uk
  • dns2.nupremis.co.uk

Should you encounter problems after changing name servers please Email support listing your domain name(s) and list any problems in full.

DNS Failure

Our external DNS supplier has ceased trading. DNS is therefore offline which affects all shared services and will affect any service that relies upon bootsit.com name servers.

We are working on providing a resolution for the issue and will post updates as soon as possible.

Intermittent Routing Failures - UPDATE 2

All monitoring points have been consistently showing stable connections to servers in Maidenhead since the previous update. Should you have any problems please email or telephone support (08700 800 624)

Intermittent Routing Failures - UPDATE

Further to the previous entry, the situation has improved with most remote locations now able to connect to servers. However, we have not yet received confirmation from the engineers that the problem is solved

Intermittent Routing Failures

Symptoms: Customers may be unable to reach servers hosted within our Maidenhead facility. Connection may be intermittent, some customers may not observe any problems however may be receiving queries from their own clients.

An intermittent fault has been identified within the fibre optic ring that connects the Maidenhead data centre with peering points in London.

Engineers are working to resolve the fault. Please rest assured that servers within the facility are running normally and that every effort is being made to restore stable connectivity.
