Server Control is our in-house developed service delivery platform. Our experience over the years has enabled us to develop an automated server operations management. Our aim is to optimise the technical operations and business processes, to deliver the complete managed environment.
At the core of Server Control is the configuration manager. This system is used to accurately log the physical location, software, hardware and network configuration of all devices. So in effect, mapping our assets and infrastructure. This is key to giving an accurate snapshot of the managed environment, essential to delivering management, command and control functions.
The systems designer allows Konnex engineers to rapidly design and deliver systems through a graphical design environment, utilising the product engineering standards and technical best practice.
Server Control change manager provides an internal system for managing change events. The system handles change scheduling, customer notification, change-related workflow and tasks and configuration data management.
Server Control alert manager prioritises communications with multiple monitoring systems, providing a single integrated web console that allows our support staff to observe real-time monitoring data through custom grouping and filtering.
The support centre provides Konnex’s engineers with a single integrated console that dramatically improves their ability to service customers quickly and effectively. The support centre provides integrated ticketing, proactive incident recognition and integrated management tools. These functions are fundamental to the Server Control platform to allow effective communication and collaboration between Konnex engineers and clients.
